Dr. Jeff Hilovsky and I discuss the impact that his leadership work has had on his community.  Our larger discussion today is on the impact he has had on ACO relationships in his region and what we can learn to apply locally.  Jeff practices in Delaware and he is retired from the Air Force Reserves as a Colonel and Commander of the 512 Aerospace Medicine Squadron.  He is a past President of the Delaware Board of Optometry, a past President of the Delaware Optometric Association.
