Teach applicable practices Foundational principles then personal learning and application Too prescriptive in the learning process Sometimes, we wait too long to expose students in age appropriate learning experiences Emotional intelligence being taught in multiple courses Faith community has not been as visible as it once was in our communities Allow learning to evolve with seminal learning The power of language is imperative Appreciate differences through conversations Remove descriptors from the hiring process to minimize confirmation bias Listen attentively and take notes as we discuss practical strategies and insights that you can apply to your current situation.
