Within the straight and narrow road there is more depth and satisfaction than can be fully consumed in a lifetime. Walking in the footsteps of Jesus sounds limiting to many people, but there are people that discover that there is boundless joy and wonder available to those that stay strictly in the pattern of Jesus' footsteps. Obviously, all roads do not lead to heaven, at least not according to Jesus (Matthew 7:21-23). The boundaries of Jesus' teaching are not a bad thing. The restrictions of conservative faith are not a bad thing. The limits act as guardrails that keep us on track to the very goal we desire. It is the devil, Satan, that wants to remove the guardrails. Thus, in this podcast I encourage carefully walking in the footsteps of Christ as you seek to draw closer to God and end your journey in heaven.
