In her early years, Julie grew up eating fast food and battled numerous health issues. But guess what? She cracked the code and realized that food can also affect your entire well-being, not just weight. From there she spent nearly six years researching, and testing every diet and even worked with nutritionists and personal trainers. With guidance from a naturopath, she realized that a change in diet could be the key to healing!✨
While juggling her tech job, Julie hired a chef and extended the offer to friends. The response was overwhelming! Friends wanted in on the health revolution. They bought ingredients for the chefs to ensure top-notch quality which birthed the idea of Methodology👏🏼
