Listen "Grazing Down the Lachlan"
Episode Synopsis
Grazing Down the Lachlan is a foodie adventure along the Lachlan River near Forbes in Central-West NSW, celebrating foraged and farmed regional produce. The event was awarded Bronze at the 2019 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards in the Festivals and Events category. Wendy Muffet is committed to building resilient regional communities and co-founded Grazing Down the Lachlan as part of a bigger vision for building a vibrant tourism economy in Forbes and the wider Central West region in NSW. Wendy and the amazing Grazing committee have already achieved so much and this is just the start of what is fast becoming a must-attend foodie event. I absolutely loved this conversation with Wendy – I am in awe of her vision and values and love for her region. Please bear with us during this chat as we experienced some internet issues (one of the challenges of regional living), however I hope you agree the end result is worth it.
