Listen "Interview with Rob Rawson"
Episode Synopsis
Interview with Rob Rawson, who is co-founder and CEO of a remote-first company - Time Doctor - that grew 8 figures with people in 43 different countries and no office.
Before Time Doctor, Rob moved from Australia to the Philippines to build a successful digital advertising agency with over 20 employees. Initially, all of his team members were working out of the same office, but he decided to get rid of the office, cut costs, and be able to hire and work remotely from any region rather than just one.
Having a fully remote team required him to build software to improve efficiency and transparency. He initially built the software for his own internal use, but then decided to sell it as a SaaS service, which eventually grew to a successful business.
