With me today is Gordon Galzerano, Senior Director, Next Generation and Leadership Programs at Cisco. We all have doubts. Gordon reminds us that when we doubt, we must pause, check-in, and look at the root cause. Self-doubt is only powerful when left unchecked, and action leads to self-motivation and the silencing of the doubts. He reminds us of the great quote by Vincent Van Gogh: "If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced." Doubts are human. Doubt your doubts. And find a tribe of believers that bring out your very best!
