Tony Falconieri, Chair for the Initiative für Städte-Partnerschaften, teacher, artist, and illustrator, discusses a unique international cookbook entitled "Grenzenlos Genießen" (limitless enjoyment). Recipies from twin cities with Sonneberg, Pessac, Foggia, and Klosterneuburg created an intercultural cookbook. Working closely with the partner cities, Tony Falconieri and his team, collected regional recipes from the twin cities presented in German, French and Italian languages. Illustration of landscapes and traditional architectural landmarks are also presented, many of which Tony has created himself. The inspiration behind the book and the working process is discussed in our conversation. All profits go towards ALS research.
