"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” The words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 are so comforting to read.  It is a declaring promise that Jesus is with us and will help us in our time of need.  God created us to be in relationship with Him and the most common practice of our relationship with Him is in awareness of our need for Him.  In this episode we talk with Andrew and how an unexpected event of his wife being hit by a truck taught him of his limitations.  We discuss how we can not allow the stress of our limitations to become our focus. Rather in times of stress we are to align our focus on our help, God.  Jesus asked for help in His time of need, it is only proper then for us to do the same.
