Listen "Sitting With Yourself"
Episode Synopsis
Send us a textCan you sit still for 5 minutes? It's funny, this is a question we might ask our child (likely in an exasperated voice), but is it something that you can do? But is that the issue, or are we afraid to sit still? For many of us, sitting still with our thoughts (and the feelings that arise) feels scary, or really terrible, often because of the flurry of negative thoughts that might bubble up if we got quiet. This is normal AND you can learn to change your experience.
