Today my guest is Dianne Shelton, the founder of Passion Breakthrough and an Award-Winning Certified Coach.Dianne Shelton helps female entrepreneurs launch and scale their thriving online businesses using practical strategies and simple systems. For over 10 years, Dianne was in the tech industry working with Fortune 500 companies. She realized that it was very male-dominated, but she wanted to start working with more women, so she founded Passion Breakthrough. There were three main things that encouraged Dianne to leave her high-paying corporate job - filling up her cup with stuff she loves, taking back control of her mental health, and the desire to be surrounded by high-achieving women. If you are anything like me, when I first started my business I was overwhelmed with everything I needed to do. Dianne’s advice is to prioritize your day by first doing your income-producing tasks and your relationship-building tasks. She originally got her MBA to get ahead in the tech management field, but now uses her MBA to help other women start their own businesses. Once she found clarity in her business and her offers, she started networking and getting herself out there.
