Join me as I bake my birthday feelings out!Here’s today’s recipe:Toffee Coffee CakeCake:1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix 1/4 cup instant coffee 1/3 cup oil1 1/4 cup water 2 eggs (or 1/2 cup applesauce)Topping:1 pint heavy whipping cream 1/8 cup instant coffee 1 whole bag of toffee chipsHowever many chocolate chips you likeMix all cake ingredients Bake at 350 for 30-40 minWhip heavy cream and coffee until stiff peaks and top with toffee chips and chocolate chips.
