He's partnered with Mountain Road Cycles, LavaKids, PATH and Bike Works Beach & Sports to create free Exploration Bike Rides, LavaKids Trail Run, PATH Bike Rodeo a Pumpkin Hunt set up by Grant Miller from Bikeworks and more.
Alex, who retired from professional cycling and created Big Island Bike Tours also talks about their tours that take all levels of riders to areas not usually accessible to bicyclists on the Big Island along with some favorites like riding to the Vanilla Farm.
Ironman Co-Founders John & Judy Collins share stories and feelings from when they created the first Ironman and how it has evolved over the 35 years since the first event on Oahu. Emily shares stories as participant in 1982 and race consultant for many years.
