Georgia's been all about fitness and health since 2014, diving into coaching CrossFit back in 2018. Then, when the pandemic hit, she kicked off her own coaching gig, Fitness First, in 2020. It's all about helping out our current and future first responders, giving them the support they need to stay strong both on and off the clock via fitness and nutrition coaching.  With seven years under her belt as a Paramedic and now rocking it as a career Firefighter, Georgia's got the real-world know-how to back up her coaching game.
