The social media behemoth, Twitter, was recently evicted from its office space in Boulder, Colorado after allegations of unpaid rent surfaced, signaling an intriguing development in the firm's operational trajectory under the tutelage of tech maverick Elon Musk.
The premises in question, a sprawling 65,000 square feet office at 3401 Bluff St., affectionately dubbed the Railyards at S'Park, was home to about 300 Twitter employees, as per reports dating back to 2020. The Chicago-based real estate powerhouse, The John Buck Company, via its affiliate, Lot 2 SBO LLC, is the landlord to this expansive property.
