In his role at the Brooke Army Medical Center, he provides evidenced-based nutrition education and support to improve health outcomes for military service members, retirees, and their families. He is also a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist and tactical strength and conditioning facilitator and has experience working as a strength and conditioning coach. This experience helps to inform his understanding of the physical demands that soldiers experience in the performance of their duties and how a nutritious diet can complement their physical training and help them recover to perform at the highest levels.
