Today we will meditate to energize our inner healing power. When our mind is not trained on being mindful and aware of our feelings and emotions, we accumulate negative thoughts, self-doubt, and self-hate. We start judging ourselves and others.
Untreated feelings and thoughts such as anxiety, anger, revenge, enviousness, jealousy will create underlying negative thinking and behavior.
All of this is natural, and all of us experience it in different degrees. Stop criticizing yourselves for your negative thought, behavior, and habit. Try to acknowledge them then understand them. Treat them by being kind & mindful of them.
We all have unwanted, unacceptable parts of ourselves that we struggle to deny or repress, often for most of our lives. I call it our negative self.
