Your mind is the tool. Unfortunately, we did not develop and familiarize ourselves with these valuable tools. But as we practice more, we gradually train our minds to be mindful. The tool that can help us greatly or heart us painfully. Learning how to train the mind and remember to be in our present moment is essential. Ignoring the present time is do harmful to our being. You see my friends, When you are mindful, your attention is focused on what is happening in the present moment, and you are fully in touch with reality. You are aware of what is happening in your body, mind, emotions, and the world around you. With mindfulness, we calm our minds and emotions so we can see clearer. It’s all a matter of learning to put your attention where you want it. Train your mind to do that. By practicing mindfulness, we get better at this.
