Is vulnerability absolutely essential to create deep heart-to-heart connections and to heal our trauma and painful experiences? It can seem incredibly scary to openly and honestly express our emotions, needs, fears and mistakes because we fear to get hurt, to be rejected, to be judged or we might feel ashamed. At the same time vulnerability can be so healing. It is the basis for the level of intimacy that we all crave.In this episode I am going on an exploration to brainstorm what we might need in order to allow ourselves to be more vulnerable. How can we create settings in healing sessions, relationships, friendships etc. that allow for vulnerability with each other so that we heal and connect on total new levels.
