Inspired by his younger brother’s karting days to set up a disruptive social enterprise, Nile Henry’s ProtoEV Challenge sees teenage students convert used petrol go-karts into fully electric e-karts. Not only championing grassroot motor racing talent, with a focus on female and BAME community participation, The Blair Project also encourages career progression into STEM industries, providing life-changing opportunities to those from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds.
