After stepping away from social media, I found myself more present in real life: with my toddler, with art, and with the quiet rhythms of everyday life. We’re told the important things are happening online: the updates, the endless scroll.

But what I'm rediscovering is that life is happening here, in the physical world: painting in the garden, walking by the ocean, reading stories with my daughter, and even the small windows of creative work while she sleeps.

This episode is a glimpse into those offline days. A reminder to pause, breathe, and ground ourselves in what’s real.
