During this episode of Tea and Therapy, Dr. Kimberly and Marjie discuss the work conducted at the Family Leadership Center, parenting, and the Crucial C's. The Crucial C's are Adlerian concepts introduced by Amy Lew, Ph.D., and Betty Lou Bettner, Ph.D. The Crucial C's are Connect, Capable, Count, and Courage. While originally discussed in the goals of children's behaviors, the Crucial C's have been applied to numerous settings, including work and life tasks.
