Listen "The problem with "cowboy-ing up" and other false beliefs with Johnny Hanna"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Johnny Hanna shares with us his take on emotional health and how becoming "mentally fit" has helped him and many others in the workplace. As a child Johnny learned to cowboy-up, or in other words, stop feeling. Johnny and Kristi discuss how when we stop feeling, it will affect us in ways that we have no idea that we are being affected. Johnny also talks about some tough conversations he had with his wife about keeping commitments and why it matters, and once again, Kristi shares her own false beliefs and distorted thoughts in an effort to help listeners connect to their own.
