Listen "Feeling stuck? You might be on a false summit."
Episode Synopsis
This week, Kristi goes solo and shares her experience as she trains for the “Triple Bypass” bicycle ride. This ride involves biking over multiple mountain passes—a hard, long, and seemingly never ending climb. But then, the peak comes and the ride back down is purely joyful. From the time we were born, we too have climbed and will climb many summits. Learning to walk, graduating college, having children. However, we also create (often subconsciously) many false summits that tell us as soon as we reach a specific goal, the climb will be over. In this episode, learn tools to better enjoy not just the peaks of all the summits we face, but also the climb itself.
