Listen "Body image—are you critical or compassionate? With Becky Berry"
Episode Synopsis
Do you regularly compare yourself to other people—their bodies, jobs, families, or relationships? We do too! Comparison is a human experience, but also a painful one. In this episode, Becky Berry and Kristi discuss the dangers of comparing, especially when it comes to physical appearance and health. Becky shares her expertise on eating disorders, and truths behind comparison and being critical about ourselves. Becky Berry is a friend of Kristi’s, as well as a fellow life coach, a nurse, wife, and mom. As a life coach and a registered nurse, Becky’s speciality is working with those who have eating disorders. She works at Center for Change, an eating disorder treatment center, and HumanitarianXP, an organization that involves youth in humanitarian trips around the world. Becky loves to travel, and has participated in HXP trips to Ghana and India. Kristi joined Becky on one of these trips to Ghana!
