Listen "#29 Intuitive eating"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome back to episode 29!
Intuitive eating!
What is intuitive eating, you ask? Well that's what this episode is all about, explaining what it means to eat intuitively and how you can start doing it.
During this episode Ema and Sarah discuss their journeys and feelings around intuitive eating, who they believe it is best suited to, why and when it may be a good option, rather than calorie counting or other methods of eating.
The aim of this episode is to educate and shed light around the different methods of eating and when they may be best suited to your goals and the different phases of life. We believe that to build our healthiest and most sustainable lifestyle we need to understand why we are doing certain things and have a multitude of tools at our disposal for the different phases of life.
Next week, we dive further into women specific training and health. We are both extremely passionate about this topic - "Women are not small men" and are really excited to bring more awareness to the structural differences as well as the hormonal differences. We discuss programming, training and the menstrual cycle, so stay tuned to learn more about training for women.
