Businesses continue to give consumers bad experiences as though they have yet to recognize the consumer is king. Seems only a hand full of companies understand that obsessing over the consumer is the best way to grow your business. Amazon understands this and is making carnage out of the competition.  The internet has given way more power to the consumer than it did companies, but many businesses don't get it and continue to give consumers "the business".
