In a food focused world it's easy to overthink and put too much stress on the topic when thinking about your diet. Taking it right back to basics, I sit down and discuss the foundation thoughts of why it matters, what is included and how a healthy diet is achieved. We take into account life and events, financial situations and the lack of knowledge when thinking about food. In an ideal situation we want it to be a natural habit when creating a wide spread whole food included diet! Lets sit down together and take it right back to the start, with a few tips and insights into how to start a well balanced diet.
