In the last episode we defined what Self-Compassion is and you were asked to take sometime to reflect on how you treat "YOU" when it feels like you have falling short. Are you hard on yourself? Does it make you feel like a failure? Inadequate? What emotions does it bring up for you? Now that you have taken some time out to increase your self-awareness, lets look at some tools to help eliminate the inner critic and begin the journey of extending compassion to yourself, and equipping yourself to pass it on to your children and those around you.
