In this episode, we're exploring assumptions.  We all make assumptions throughout the day and they are important in helping to make decisions and take action. When leaders work explicitly with assumptions, in their internal dialogue and in their teams and throughout the organization, the opportunity to clarify which are helpful and unhelpful assumptions to work with or discern what is actually true can greatly impact the outcomes of all of those decisions and actions.
