After making a name for himself as culinary director of three of New York’s best restaurants Colin Wood (Arimia Estate) returned home to Perth at the beginning of March when the pandemic was taking hold. A chef that’s been more willing to learn than seek the limelight, he’s re-engaged with the Perth scene to help train and mentor the next generation of young chefs, explored the art of cheese making and is embarking on a culinary adventure in Margaret River that most chefs dream about.
