We've all heard the tropes, racking a shotgun will scare away any intruder, oh and that light / laser on your firearm, that will give you away. How about I called the police, so I'll be ok till they get here. Some really bad advice and fuddisms just refuse to die. So we explore some of the common tales we've all heard.
