Being/feeling unproductive feels horrible when there’s so much work to do but it happens to even the best of us. A couple of ways I deal with it include 1. It’s okay to feel uproductive 2. Appreciate the little things I have the energy to do 3. Forgive and take it easy on yourself 4. Enjoy your existence 5. Move your body 6. Be aware of your mind.
