Kampung spirit, mutual aid, whatever you call it — the concept of communally organised cooperation in times of need is no stranger to Singaporeans. Channel NewsTheatre speaks to a panel of festival artists and community organisers about what it means to actively look out for one another in our everyday lives, and whether it is a sustainable response to the systemic inequalities that created such need in the first place.
