Jim Paulk is 91 years old long retired from 10 years as a Naval submarine officer, retired from Procter and Gamble Manufacturing, retired from running a marine (fishing) conservation organization, then writing articles for fishing magazines and 2 books. He was born and raised in Brunswick Georgia and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
