Is it a practice that is consistent in your day or in your week or in your month? If not, it's okay. Don't beat yourself up. It's all good. I didn't have one for years, and then once I started to learn about my energy and mastering my energy sovereignty, that's when I really started to be intentional about taking time for me and creating a self-care practice.
