I don't know about you, but I went through 30 plus years, something like that. They might serve you and help you and be part of they'll always be part of your journey, but they won't always be aligned. When I started to be very intentional about my choices, the decisions I made and choosing and doing my best, I can't always do it, but trying to do my best to choose the things that are always and only in alignment, life got so much more fulfilling.
