Today's reading will cover 2 Samuel Chapters 7, 9-10, 21:15-17 and 1  Chronicles Chapters 17 and 19. Today we will read about David keeping  his promises to Jonathan and Saul to be kind to their family, his  compassion for Saul's remaining family, his compassion for God's Ark,  his faith in God's promises to him, his compassion for the death of a  neighboring kingdom's king, and his desire for peace whenever possible.  Wow, that's a lot!
