Episode Synopsis
Over the last 30+ plus years David has built quite a successful life by most measures.
He is a Husband, Father, and a semi-retired Sr. Network Engineer.
Getting into computers at a relatively young age he had a solid career!
He bought his first house at 24 years old and his second at 27.
However, this was all in spite of the know-it-all rebellious nature, massive lack of discipline, & substance abuse issues you might expect from a Gen X'er that grew up in the East Bay, California in the 90's.
His addiction to escaping reality & experimenting with drugs started around 13-14 years old which took James through high school, rehab, jail, and a meth problem by the time he was 18.
The last time he touched that stuff was in a County County jail in 1995 but that is only where the rest of his story begins.
David has quite the story and he shares all of it and more in this amazing interview.
