He was burned out and broken, and about to become a first time father. He then founded his training business which he runs today, called Functional Bodybuilding, which was born out of a need to train more for longevity and sustainability, while still looking good and moving well. In today's conversation, Marcus really opens up about his struggle with confidence and validation throughout his life, the impact that marriage counseling has made on his marriage, and the necessity of taking radical responsibility for your emotions and actions.
