Episode Synopsis

Sergeant Noah Galloway is a former United States Army infantry soldier who enlisted just hours after watching the the twin towers fall on 9/11. After his humv was hit a roadside bomb in his third deployment, he awoke five days later to find both his left arm and left leg amputated. The following years were shaded by depression which were ultimately overcome in an effort to be a better human being and model for his kids. On the road to recovery of his physical and mental health, Noah began to snowball attention on social media, which led to him completing Tough Mudder races, landing the cover of Men's Health Magazine and starring in many popular TV shows such as Dancing with the Stars, American Grit, Ellen, GMA, True Life, CMT Country Music Awards, The View, and many others. In 2016, Noah became an author with the release of his incredible book titled "Living with No Excuses." He's a motivational speaker and philanthropist, raising money through his No Excuses Charitable Fund, which provides resources to a various charitable organizations, and he is a true American hero. One thing I really appreciate about Noah is his outlook on life. He entire life story is rooted in service to others and even during the times when he's struggled the most, he's never stoped pouring into and caring for other people first. But above it all, he is an incredible man, husband, and father, and it's an honor to share this conversation with a guy I'm now honored to call a friend.
