In this episode of Cyberly, we’re in Charlotte, North Carolina at Armstrong Transport Group’s annual agent conference. It’s an event filled with educational and community building activities among all freight agents with the program. I was invited up to Charlotte to speak on building your business in a digital world and got the chance to chat with three of their all-star agents (aka the top performers) along with Armstrong’s CEO, Brian Mann.
It’s a fascinating discussion into what questions a freight agent should be asking before deciding to join a program in order to set themselves up for success.
