We have a wonderful guest on this episode with Warren Spivey Jr. His path has been very unique, and he is working for a very special company called Midtown Biohack. Where else? Warren had to overcome difficult obstacles early on in his life that fueled his fire. The loss of his brother when he was an adolescent, was a terrible tragedy. One that could have very easily started him down a path of destruction. His father wanted more for him and worked extra hours to put Warren in Private school at St. Joseph's Prep

Never playing organized football at an early age, Warren started his career in high school with reckless abandon as a defensive tackle. It allowed him to play angry and dominate the trenches. Recruited by UConn, he went on one official visit and committed.

His career at UConn was not easy. Warren said it was his youthful immaturity and anger issues that held him back in many ways from making progress as a student athlete. However, after graduation, I told Warren I believe he truly matured. After a failed marriage, he fell into a deep depression, which also led to a large weight gain.

He met Dr. Chuck Morris, Ph.D. at his church in 2010. Dr. Morris has trained division 1, professional, and Olympic athletes. He is a pioneer of sports science, offering services that have the capacity to reverse the aging process by several years. In 2016, Warren started working with Dr. Morris, who also became his best man when he married his now wife Vonie Spivey. He became a close friend, mentor, and helped train Warren. He lost weight, transformed his body and looks incredible now.
