Something we can all go through at many points in our lives. This is certainly true when you consider those suffering from IBD 💩.
Something we can all go through like self doubt, confidence, joy, anxiety, excitement
I’m a 30 something year old dad, who happens to be an Exercise Rehabilitation Therapist and I have Crohns disease. I am helping my friends at Crohns Colitis UK to reach people and put their minds at ease when thinking about life with Crohns disease.
I hope this helps, I would love to hear from you in the comments and welcome a discussion where we can all answer any questions and learn from us all.
That way we can all get a little bit more help when we need it.
