Alex aka @talesfromthebag takes us on his journey talking about his ostomy story and how he lives an adrenaline life of extreme sports out in Vancouver Canada. Bouncing back onto the board after surgery was the best thing Alex felt he ever did, determined not to let illness define him.

Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment. Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy. 
Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD
