Telling your own story can feel like the hardest thing in the world! I felt it was about time I shared mine, so I sat down with Josh ( @joshlj24 ) and bared all of my secrets; from joining the army to nearly dying more than once & living with IBD. This was not an easy tale to tell but I hope it gives you some insight to me.   I’m a 36 yr old dad, who happens to be a fitness professional with Crohn’s disease, with a little help from my friends at Crohn’s and Colitis UK I want to help put people’s minds at ease when thinking about exercising with Crohn’s disease!
