Episode Synopsis "Growing up with ADHD and myths around it"

It was tough being a kid having tons of interest and things I wanted to pursue. And when everybody asked me why wasn't I normal, and why can't I just stick to a to-do list. It became hard to respond. The myths around productivity and failing even though I tried really hard to succeed just because I didn't have the right tools in place and right systems. And all the beliefs I carried made it even more difficult to accept myself. But here I am transitioning from that phase to a better place.
