In this week's episode I am talking to Katie Knapton who is a physio with a special interest in women's health and incontinence. We discuss the importance of the topics of the pelvic floor and incontinence and the huge numbers of women impacted when things aren't functioning in the way we would like. Katie has a special interest in Women's Health and is involved with spreading the word about incontinence, menopause symptoms and ageing and what we can do to help ourselves.
