In this episode we chat about how you can create a BIG impact in your business from a place of ease.
One of the things that comes up a lot in my coaching work, and I think in the world of business generally, is a sense of things feeling hard or overwhelming, or that in order to create a big impact that we have to work really hard for it.
Ultimately, this comes down to the 'hustle' culture that we've been taught to embrace. Or a belief within the business word that 'unless I'm working hard, I'm not going to be able to create a big impact'.
But what I really want to encourage you to consider is that instead of 'working hard' you can actually make a much bigger impact in the world if you're operating in alignment with your values and your spirit.
