The statement "it gets better" has been shared with me a lot the last few weeks. I think this is a statement that many of us hear when we are going through a transition or possibly a hard time in life. People will say this to you and for many of us, it seems SO far off. While you know they are probably right, it's just not in your ability to see right now. Whether you are on the new motherhood journey, starting your own health and fitness journey, or maybe starting a new job, the comment of "it gets better" can be hard to process.
